We are open 24 hours a day all year.
Wireless Internet available throughout the entire property at no extra cost to our guests, most rooms have wired Ethernet connections available.
Our house phones allow calls to numbers in any Canadian Province or Continental US State, at no charge.

As a result of a significant number of people who made a staff housing bookings last year and didn’t show, which prevented several people from taking a position at the resort because they couldn’t obtain housing, we will require a non-refundable first month’s payment in order to guarantee a spot. Payments can be made using IBAN transfer, Wise Transfer, Interac e-transfer or credit card payment. DO NOT send credit card information to anyone by email, as email is not a secure communication method since not all email servers support encrypted communication. |

This offer is ONLY available to STAFF employed at Panorama Resort, reservations are required.
You will be required to show your staff/student pass to the Invermere Hostel within two weeks of arrival to be eligable for the Panorama Staff rate.
Any stays beyond April 30th will be at the regular summer rates posted on our public site.

Failure to respect the hostel rules will result in immediate removal without refund.
As per Part 1, Division 1, Section 4 of the Residental Tenancy Act, long term stays at this facility are not governed by the BC Residential Tenancy Act.
Our quiet time is from 23:00 to 08:00, all guests can cross between all open floors from 08:00 to 22:45. Outside of these hours you can only get to your home floor.
The common area TVs and pool tables are off limits during quiet hours
Public computers can be used 24 hours a day, but the volume must be off or headphones used during the quiet hours.
As per provincial law, smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the hostel. Anyone caught smoking in the building will be immediately removed and no refunds of any kind will be offered.
Anyone removed for illegal, disruptive or destructive behavior will not be entitled to refunds.
Our official check-in time is 15:00, but we do our best to accommodate early arrivals.
Our official check-out time is 11:00, and again we do our best to accommodate late departures.
Guests staying nightly or weekly are not permitted visitors without management approval.
